Then join immersive storytellers and The Corby Heritage Centre for a day of discovering the objects and items that make up Corby steelmaking heritage, what they can tell you about the past and how they were used to create the Steel Town Tales VR experience.

You will also get to experience the 360VR version of Steel Town Tales and discover the history of Corby, from the founding of the town, to the thundering sounds and orange glow of the steel works, all the way up to today

MBD is joined by staff and volunteers of North Northamptonshire Council and the Corby Heritage Centre, who will provide expert knowledge on the items, as well as demonstrate how they are preserved in the local archives.
